I know how important it is for you to connect with the person you

I am about. I offer a free phone consultation, Hypnosis Hour
in Fremont, and I write a blog.
I am passionate about helping you change your mind.
I taught weight loss classes and support groups for many years. I
have grown to not care for the term weight
loss. However, I love helping you change your
relationship with food, and clearing emotional reasons that get in
your way of taking care of yourself.
Most of my appointments, whether on the phone, or in the office,
are a combination of Emotional Freedom Techniques (R) and hypnosis.
EFT is the most efficient
way I have found to pull the weeds and get rid of the roots of
unwanted behaviors and reactions.
It is very difficult to grow lettuce in a field of weeds.
The guided meditation component gives your mind a chance to visit what
the freedom is going to feel like.
Hypnosis Hour is a live EFT demonstration on a volunteer, followed by a
relaxing guided meditation. It usually lasts an hour and and a half.
